Help need help with sound

okay so if i click on a website on facebook to watch video there's no sound if I go to you tube their sound if I go to like today.Com their sound can somebody tell me why when I'm watching videos off of different websites there's no sound though?

perhaps one app is using system sound and the other is using media?

I got it fixed it was an issue with chrome not ly phone a easy Uninstall then reinstalled it fix the sound problem thanks thou
