Hi Everyone!
Thanks for all your posts..I've learned a lot here!
I've read the new Motorola Droid doesn't really need Task Killers because the OS is Linux-based?
My problem is I have about 5 essential apps that run continuously whether I use them of not. I do not want these programs to run if I am not using them.
I really don't want to uninstall and then install when I use them but I could do this as a last resort.
Google maps is one. I only use my Google maps app twice a month. The rest of the time, not only is it running in the background, my Task Killers don't automatically kill it. I have to FORCE KILL IT every time.
I have a need for speed!
Any suggestions?
Thank you so very much!!
