Didn't know where else to post this, sorry. My friend is having a problem with a stalker. she has an iphone, and he is some how getting everything off her phone. i know nothing about the apple os. if anyone can point me in any direction would be great. Thanks
 
see if the apple store has kaspersky antivirus lite. the only way to be sure thou is a factory reset.
 
I'd also suggest changing all passwords that the phone is associated to (email, itunes, AT&T/Verizon/Sprint online account access).
 
i found out more info. apparently the guy stalking her has a "friend" that works for verizon. and that guy gave all the info to the other guy. now i think im getting to involved in this matter.
 
At this point, I would just completely wipe the phone. Not sure how to do it with iOS, but a reset and a change in her iTunes account should hopefully help.

Has she involved the police? If a verizon rep is somehow taking information from her phone and passing it on, I'm sure that must be breaking all sorts of laws.
 
I would indeed report it to the police and to Verizon. They can see who looked at your account recently and know who it was by the logins. It will most likely cost the stalker's friend his job and possible give him/her a criminal record.
 
As everyone else has reported, involve the authorities, but also if you're really her friend, you might want to get her off of her iPhone and onto an Android device. Good luck.
 
she said she called the cops. but they told her they could not do anything. they had no proof. and from what she told me, she called verizon and they keep giving her new phones.
