I am looking at getting a Nexus 5 for my walmart family mobile plan that uses t-mobile service. I was wondering if I can buy the phone straight from t-mobile to make use of their 0 down special they are doing (pay $16 a month for 24 months). Does anyone know if this would actually work or do I have to pay for the phone full price since im going to put my family mobile sim card in the phone. I am pretty sure I can use the phone with the service because I bought my current phone (optimus f3) expecting to use a plan straight from t-mobile but i ended up changing to the walmart plan and it still worked. I have been looking for an answer to this but I cant find one. Thanks!

I didn't think so either I may check the t-mobile store just to be sure but I think you are correct.
It is possible to get financing thru T-mobile Online with a pre-paid plan. I have tried and was ready to complete the deal when they told me they wanted $265.00 up front and $9.00/month. Of course that is a rediculous deal but thats what they offered me when they called. Your mileage may vary. Again this was completely thru T-mobile and not Wallyworld.
