Hello, are the owner of the phone Kyocera Brigadier, but are not the user of the cellular operator verizon and do not currently live in the United States who verizon will be able to help download the update from last updated 12/10/2014 for Kyocera phone Brigadier from verizon's website http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/software-updates/ and share the link to download the firmware update or the downloaded firmware.thanks in advance
