Need K9 settings please

I have the Nexus 1, I had K9 running but recently needed to reset the Nexus and I lost all my K9 settings, I have searched Google but I can not find what I need, I am in Canada, I have a MSN live account @live.ca, can anyone give me a link or tell me where to look for settings for the Live email settings ? is it pop or IMAP, what is the SMTP etc, any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. also can I use K9 for Yahoo mail ?

I have a hotmail.co.uk address but think it probably uses the same settings:

POP3 server: pop3.live.com
Port: 995
Security: SSL
Login: your email address
Pass: your password

SMTP: smtp.live.com
Port: 25
Security: TLS
Require sign-in: yes
Authentication type: PLAIN
Username: your email address
Password: your password

I *think* that live.com/hotmail POP3 servers limit your polling (checking) frequency to every 15 minutes, but am not sure.

You can use K-9 Mail for anything that offers an IMAP or POP3 server. If Yahoo offers one of these then as long as you have the settings, there's no reason why it won't work.
