So one day I was planning on factory resetting my phone which is a LG K7 MetroPCS K33010i. It has been rooted and Xposed has been installed and uninstalled on the phone. I used it for the Obb to SD. So when I factory reseted it, It said "Error 1003 Secure Booting Error" and rebooted to normal and after 30 seconds or so, it says again on my home screen, "Factory reset is proceeded by server policy" a few seconds after that, It turns off itself and loops that whole process again starting with Error 1003. I need help because I only have like 1 minute interval between the loop to use my phone. Also, my phone can not boot into any modes. It can only turned on and off.
