Need MP4 Player with +30 Second Skip and -5 Second Skip

Hi,

I watch lots of TV shows on my phone. I use software I wrote to pull all shows my TiVo records, compress them to MP4, and push them to my phone using dropbox.

It's a pain to skip commercials on the phone. Does anyone know of a decent video player with a 30 second skip forward and a 5 second skip backward feature?

Just like Windows Media Center.
