This is my first post, so I hope I'm putting this in the right place...
Anyways, I've been a Physical keyboard user for just about ever.
From the V to enVy and to the Droid 1,2, and 4.
I was currently happy with my Droid 4 when it recently blew the earpiece speaker. I followed up with Verizon and they sent me a replacement in the mail in a few days at not charge.
Smooth process and fast delivery.
Unfortunately that was not the case. The "like new" refurbished Droid 4 I received was defective. Miscellaneous physicals keys don't work and the touch screen randomly ghost clicks what it wants.
So again followed up with Verizon tier 2 tech and they said they can put me in front of any equal phone in cost to the Droid 4 currently.
So I now have a decision to make. Stick with another Droid 4 or use this as an opportunity to branch out and try to roll with the "normal" people. Meaning give up my physical keyboard dependency (at least until I hear about a Droid 5, hehe). So I was looking at the Droid Razr M as a possibility. A little bit stronger, better screen, and running Jelly Bean unlike the Droid 4. I think I want to keep it to Motorola, but I'm open to input.
My biggest fear is losing my keyboard, but I think it'll open more options for me in the future.
Is my head in the right place? Should I be looking elsewhere?
Thanks everyone!
