Need Rogers APN settings for my 3g modem

Greetings:

I have a EDUP EP-9506N 3G modem which has been working great till now.
Something happened and the Rogers APN setting profile have gone missing in the setup of the 3G modem.

I would like to know do I use this APN setting for
Rogers: rogers-core-appl1.apn
Notice the letter or number (in Bold) after the app, is that a letter L or is that just a line |.

The Setup page of the 3G modem there is also:

Dial-up Number: is the phone number that is asigned to the sim card
Username: I leave this blank
Password: I leave this blank
Authentication: there is PAP, CHAP, or both(PAP + CHAP)
APN: Dynamic or Static:which I would use Static: rogers-core-appl1.apn
IP Address Dynamic or Static: which I use Static: 10.128.1.69

The 3g modem doesn't connect to 3G when I try these settings.
I would appreciate if anyone can tell me what the correct settings
would be.
