Build prop I was trying to change the sound it made it whenever you power off and power on and every time I tried to put something back into the place of the power on or power off mp3 or whatever the file was for the sound it wouldn't accept it how do I write A custom sound into the power on and power off or do I have to run script

If you are trying to change the bootanimation sound (power on sound) and the downanimation sound (power off sound) you need not edit your .buildprop.
First of all you need root. Based on your other posts, I assume you've achieved that on your S3?
