Need some help if possible

Okay, my wife has been having trouble with several different phones for a long time. The problems she is having are as follows: She can't reach "https" sites, her permissions are sharing like wildfire and they are growing like crazy, she says she can't really get to a "real" website(it tells her "There is no cache for the page"). She also says that she can only see part of her Facebook page and she is unable to change her privacy settings on Facebook. She also mentioned something about being heavily connected to Russian Social websites that she has never gone to. Has anyone else had these problems and if so how did you fix it? She thinks I'm "hacking" her phone and I just don't have that kind of knowledge. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter. Oh, her devices are a Samsung 3 and a LG K7 and a brand new LG phone.

I'm going to suggest you hire a security consultant. If it were a matter of two or three issues that would be one thing but there are apparently multiple issues that are more than likely intertwined with each other in some way. Because of this compounded problem, even if you fix one, the odds are by the time you get to the others that first one will just get re-infected by something that's in line to be fixed. The clean-up process in this instance needs to be done sequentially and in the right order -- all three phones need to be taken off-line and sanitized, plus your wife's online presence needs to cleaned up (passwords changed, linked services checked or disabled, etc.). And it sounds like she needs someone to sit down with her and go over how to be safer online.
This won't be a quick fix and will probably involve a good amount of billable hours, but at the same time if someone gets full access to your bank account or there's some other identity theft issue that can be much worse.

Thank you so very much SVIM. I was affraid you were going to say something like this. After thinking about it, I have a feeling that her problem is stemming from one of her online accounts. Because in the past when this would happen, she would merely go out and buy a new phone. And within a couple of days, the new phone would start acting strange. Any idea how much a security consultant is going to cost me? I' thinking a divorce would be cheaper! LOL

Yeah, the odds are her phones are OK, or at least just need some clean-up measures, and the problem is most likely to be one or more of her online services has been compromised. The issue being because this involves so many different things, if everything isn't taken care of systematically it's like a bad Whack-a-Mole game where you clean up one thing, then another, but the first gets re-infected while you're taking care of the next issue. All her phones need to be taken offline (disable WiFi connectivity, disable cellular connectivity-- remove SIM) and log out of all her online accounts (and de-link them if they're set up that way) so their passwords can be changed and each service secured.
No idea on costs, it'll vary by locale and of course level of experience.
And it does sound like your wife needs to take a course on online safety so she's not as vulnerable to today's Internet. Things have devolved at this point where doing anything online is a target.
