Need some help with Refraction...

Okay, so I got it, and I'm stuck.

On level three.

If you go to http://www.refractionguide.co.uk you can see level help, but even when I follow exactly what they say for sector one, level three, I get this:

Tap the prism separating two colors. One color should be brighter when you can rotate it. You can rotate both colors, it took me a while to figure this out.

Go to options. Under controls, pick "Laser Selection Options", change it to "Tap Rotation Overlay to Select". Then you can choose the laser that you want to rotate. It ticked me off also until I found that option.
