I am somewhat new to this stuff and am in the market for an android tablet. Seems like a stupid question, Just wanted to know if i get an android tablet,wether it be a galaxy or transformer or sony.. are my already downloaded smartphone apps compatable with the tablet..

Yeah, they should be. They might look a little weird because of the bigger screen, but they should work fine. Are there any apps in particular you're thinking of?
 
Nothing in general. Maybe a few of the gameloft games and odds and ends apps. Ya know u seem to build ur empire and hope it can carry over. Thats how i settle my iphone android rivalry. I have plenty of money wrapped up into my smart phone..so automaticly if im getting a tablet. I want something to run what iv already paid for and more..
 
Well i figured as much their. I was just worried i would link my google.try to dl my apps and it tell me there not optimized to run on tablets. That why i asked, i dont know as much as others and frankly thats a risky not to mention expensive risk to take, but i should have know better.. now based on opinion.. im looking at the new asus trans. Prime or galaxy 10.1. Both are attractive. Any last min advice?
 
My personal preference would be the prime as I don't believe you can get a keyboard/dock for the 10.1? Also, spec wise, the Prime beats the 10.1 hands down!
