Need suggestions on S20 voicemail app

Any suggestions on the best Samsung S20 (non-transcribed) voicemail apps in the Google Play Store?

(The built-in app, called visual voicemail, doesn't seem to work or capture a voicemail, and even if it did, it's got terrible reviews.)

I've used the voicemail app, from Verizon , for years without issue. (You didn't say who your carrier was.)

I use Youmail, free version, which is a highly customizable voice mail app, and it also is a great spam call blocking app
