Need T-Mobile prepaid phone

I'm looking for an inexpensive, decent Android phone with wireless capabilities - prefer full screen and camera. I'm willing to get used or refurb unit but I don't want any problems.

I'm now using and old Blackberry 8120 and need a little bit of an upgrade from the tiny screen. Since I'm familiar with Android it seems to be the obvious way to move.

Any one got a suggestion or two?

The Galaxy Exhibit is a nice phone and seems to be nicely priced new if you DON'T buy it from TMobile (all their prepaid phone prices shot way up!).

There are lots of options if you're up for used. I bought two devices off swappa with with excellent results-

In your opinion, is this one a decent price for the phone? It won't print the web address but it's a Samsung Galazy Exhibit 4g for T-Mobile on Amazon for $150.
Swappa didn't have one currently.

I've had two (long story). That's a solid phone. I use my phone a lot and a bigger screen really is nice; if you're not a heavy user you should be ok. I do see two on swappa now for a less than that.
