Help Need the ROW file to up ROM for Lenovo P780

1) I need the ROW file of Lenovo P780_ROW_8GB_S228_150112. Is there any official file ?

2) If I have above file, how to Flash via ADB command ?

There is a Lenovo forum where you can find a list of ROW ROM, I don't have the link because I'm using Tapatalk but you should find it by searching on Google.
