Need to access PDF loaded via USB

New Nexus 7 Connected to my laptop by USB using go-mtpfs loaded a PDF file into
"Internal storage/Download" But none of the Nexus apps access it. Installed Adobe reader
from google play but that did not help A PDF I downloaded from the internet shows up
just fine

Can you actually locate the pdf file? Or do you just need a recommendation for software? If the later, have you tried "Documents to Go"? I use it a lot.
