Root Need to recover data from rom

Does anyone know how to identify which chip is the onboard flash memory? I uninstalled some apps and the phone is 100% bricked and I have a few files that I want to read from this device somehow. Does anyone have any experience with this?

What filesystem does the system rom use?

You need to wipe than flash a new rom , either a custom one or stock rom . what recovery you usuing

I didn't Install a recovery. It's the data I'm trying to save, not the phone. Stuff like I had my chip credit cards pin number in it (saved it in the pocket app). One of many valuable pieces of data i had in pocket. I'm going to have to take a hammer to this phone if I can't recover.
