Need to root this thing

Hi all, I need to root this tablet so I can copy my Game Settings, etc. Is there a program that will root it?

Model is GT-N8013
Android OS 4.1.2
Kernel - 3.0.31-813049
Build - JZ054k

If it's a charging only cable, then you'll definitely need another a USB cable that's wired for data, to mount the tablet on the laptop to transfer data.

Seems to fit for your device and android version.
And as @mikedt stated, try a different cable, one for data transfer also.

As far as Cydia Impactor as @James L suggested, I know nothing about that :( I've heard of it, but never delved into it. For all I know, it might be the simplest :dontknow:

AFAIK Cydia Impactor is a tool for jailbreaking iPhones and iPads. So @James L that's irrelevant for Android devices.

It works for Android devices use a version like 9.12 the decimal points maybe wrong but it can be found.

Enable usb debugging, normally booted. Press start and give it 15 seconds or so to do it's magic. If you don't see no popup errors install SuperSU and enjoy.

I haven't used cydia impactor in quite some time as Android OS versions have progressed. I have used it for iPhones as well before jailbreak was patched again.
 
Or try towel root, a usb cable change, twrp recovery and SuperSU would be a better option though.
