Need to text more than 25 recipients

Hello,

My first thread. Hope that it's not answered already somewhere in the forum.

I just godt the HTC Legend the other day. Every monday, I sms/text 35 people about the time of a soccer match.

Today, when I was about to send out to the group that I've made with 35 people, the phone converted the sms to mms and could only send out to the first 25.

How can I solve this problem? I need to sms (and not mms) to 35 people. Can I download another sms application or something?

There is an app on the Market called Multi Sms Sender. Multi Sms Sender v1.1.3 Application for Android | Communication scan the QR code on the right (the square thing that's black and white if you aren't aware) with a scanner from the market and download! You're welcome

Here's the QR for a free app called "Contacts GroupU". It'll use the groups in your Google contacts, and you can text or email anyone in the group simply by selecting the group (versus loading each person individually). If you don't like the first recommendation, consider this one next.

I could not use this app, it crashed all the time when I tried use groups.

Someone also recommended the Handcent SMS application. Anyone know this?

Handcent is am excellent app, but I'm petty sure you'd have to look up each number individually. Did you try the one I recommended, a couple posts back?

Sorry about that, I never tested it. I use Handcent though and haven't needed to send more than 25, or more than one really.
