Need to transfer Itunes Music Library to new SG4

[Android Question]

Trying to transfer iTunes library to SG4. When I try to run the transfer app and plug the phone into the computer with the USB cable, it never acknowledges that I have it plugged in. Is there a place on the phone that I have to ajust USB settings, cant find anything. Please help!!!

I think you should try using an app called isyncr on playstore
