Root Need to wipe data without boot or volume down key on i9300

I have an S3 i9300 intl and I had some EFS problems with my custom rom so I flashed the stock rom on there, but it's stuck in a boot loop because I can't wipe data because my volume down key is broken. On my custom rom I had CWM which let me select up even if I was at the top option and jumped to the bottom option when I did so I could still use it, but with the stock samsung 3e recovery I can't, it only seems to be able to scroll down when at the top option, also because of this I can't boot into download mode to change the recovery either. Any suggestions to wiping the phone? I can boot into download mode when the phone is actually booted up to change the recovery.

TL,DR: I am stuck in a boot loop because I need to 'wipe data' on my Galaxy s3 which recently flashed with a stock rom which came with stock recovery, unfortunately my volume down key is broken so I can't use recovery.

Any suggestions?

But I can't use ADB, because my phone is in a bootloop.

Don't worry anyways I fixed the problem by adjusting the electrical contact on the actual wolume cable within the phone to get the button working. But since I fixed it it's had no IMEI or baseband and I have no EFS backup. After flashing like 4/5 different roms, flashing param.bin's and literally every other efs restoring method I have decided to buy a Iphone and use my samsung as a bb gun target (Y).
