Need USB OTG Driver

What are you actually trying to do there exactly? Quite frankly I've only seen things like "Linux Foundation 2.0 USB Root Hub" when using Ubuntu on a PC. Are you trying to add a driver to a LG V20 phone or something? I'm not a developer, but I think you'd need to modify or make a custom kernel for it somehow, to add the driver?

Welcome to the Android Forums @Del Fredricks!

USB OTG was the shiznits back in the day. I can't think of any OEM that thinks that's a feature to promote anymore?

Wireless is what the fan base wants these days.

Imagine a wireless DVD player or tetrabyte hard drive as an Android accessory.

Personally I'd go all in. I used to do stuff with my Pocket PCs with USB OTG that made me look like Doctor Octopus. ;)

Installing device drivers is something needed for a computer operating system, not necessarily done with Android. To add interactivity with an external device on an Android mobile device, there typically is no driver involved as it's done through the installation of a corresponding app.
If there's no app available for that model of USB hub, or the USB support that's already integral to the Android firmware running on you mobile device won't detect that hub, the odds are you're not going to be able to use it.
