need video help!!

so ive been using the same converter and getting the correct video files and eveything has been working correctly up until about a few hours ago. I was watching some videos i downloaded until the video stopped playing but the audio continued. i thought it was just a simple lag and just let the movie play, it never stopped. i took out the battery and waited and put it back in and went to my videos and still, it only plays the videos audio and not the video it self. anyone know how to fix it?

play the same file on a pc, does it still happen?

Also you could just try reconverting it.
