Need wifi on my PC using my android LG!

That sounds like one of two things: either the application has some problems connecting to your network, or your device isn't having a strong enough signal.
If you had WiFi it would be a little easier to narrow down the problem. I've had an application that would not work when I use my 3g or 4G connections - it only works over WiFi. Which was very strange. I contacted the developer about the problem, and it was fixed with their next update.
You should try discussing this problem with either the app developer, or your network carrier.
