Need Your Help Picking A Phone Please

Ok, so here's the deal. I need a solid replacement phone. My Nexus One was stolen. I found a deal at Target to get the Samsung Galaxy Blaze 4G for $29.
I am low on funds and had hoped to get a solid ICS phone. I read that the Blaze is definitely getting ICS. I then read the specs and saw that it has 1 gig ram and 1.5 dual core.
Is this a good phone?
Any thoughts?

I am sorry that your Nexus One was stolen.
I think that the Blaze for that price was a blazin' deal! It may not be the phone you would have ultimately wanted, but it certainly will carry you through until you can get your next "perfect for you" phone!

Even if it doesn't get ICS you can flash an ICS rom. Sorry to hear your Nexus One got stolen though. :(
 
My wife has that phone, it seems pretty solid to me. It is supposed to get ICS.

It has root, but I am not sure how much development is going on besides that (if that matters to you).
 
Lol. I haven't even opened the box because we went bowling.
My wife drops her galaxy S and it seems to be dead. Now I'm probably going to have to give her the Blaze
