I've been toying around with TV apps for my Cricket Communications Samsung SCH-R720
Among the streaming video apps I found was a gem called Orb, which allows me to play MP3s & videos from my computer using my Android. Problem is there's a freebie version & a paid version (I'll leave it up to you to guess which has the more features ;D )
Now while I don't have anything against paying for stuff but I'm wondering if there are any alternative free apps out there that I can use to connect to the Orb Caster the same way as Orb Live does
I'd go the VLC route but I don't want access to just one playlist from my Android. I want access to EVERYTHING on my computer from my Android
Any ideas?
I'd really like to find a way to stream my multimedia (Namely & chiefly my videos) remotely from home rather than store them on the SD Card if at all possible
