Needing custom theme for moto droid

I was just curious if this is even where this thread belongs but if its not dont get mad im new to the whole android scene lol.... but i was wondering if anyone can make a custom theme for the moto droid for me please lol they arent in the marketplace and i thought they would be cool.... my ideas were an ED HARDY and TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES theme. if anyone can help me pm me please!!! Thanks guys
