Neo V vs Neo L

I was just gonna order Neo V but suddenly Sony announces Neo L. It has the same specs as of Neo V only with

Addition:
Comes with Android ICS and better design
4.0 Display
Less weight
Thin
Enhanced Battery

Minus:
No bravia Engine
No FM radio
With one more additional physical key

Now, I am confused. Should I order Neo V or should I wait for Neo L as it is also expected to come with the same price of Neo V.

One thing to take into consideration is that the Neo L will only be sold in China.

Neo L also has 1gb inbuilt memory

The "L" only does HSPDA (3G) on 900/2100 MHz, which is not compatible with the 850/1900/2100 MHz used in the US.

BTW, an official upgrade is available for the "V," so you can have your Ice Cream and eat it too

This Ice cream is not very tasty, that is, ICS is giving problems in NeoV, so better see the reviews of all available models then only decide.
