Neotron Music Player Showing deleted Music Files, Ring Tones etc...?

I'm get tire of scanning though my music files and seeing Ring Tones, Camera Media, Voice Mails and previously deleted albums and music files! Come on man, how ********! I expected more from Neotron Music Player, showing Camera, Voice Mails and Ring Tones is ********! I have tried deleting from the file system within Neotron Music Player and nothing works, it remove the time counter to 0:00 but still retains it in the registry even though it's not logger there. These music files do not exist in my Galaxy S5 Music Folder because I deleted them, I wish Neotron Music Player would see that the music files do not exist as well! I have no idea why Neotron Music Player added non music media to a music playback system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Did you try deleting Neotron's cache and/or data?
I did and now I have a ton more crap than ever before! I have navigation audio voice commands (en_US.i.afafd9e3) telling me, turn right at.... then then.... What a cruel joke! I also have notifications for My Weather, My Severe Weather and countless all under Notifications. I'm sorry but that's not music to my ears! I have tried auto and manual options for Neotron to scan my music media files, my Neotron Music Player screen is wigging out flipping right side up and upside down, never have I ever had an app behavior like this!
