I haven't been able to get Netflix to start up for the past day or so. I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall it as Google play says netflix app is now for android 4.3, and I have android 4.0.4.
Have you tried wiping data and cache for the app? Perhaps even uninstall and reinstall?
Also, Netflix is backwards compatible, so it should work just fine on 4.0.
