Help Netflix, cant afford cable right now :)

Hey guys, new to this forum or any, quick question , is it possible to transfer or duplicate netflix image from an android phone to a regular tv, not smart? micro usb via hdmi cable?

What phone do you own? Some devices have an MHL port and using an adaptor, you should be able to output to a TV.

Alternatively, you could pick up something like chromecast?

Pos, Samsung mini galaxy, I watch Netflix on my phone with no problem, but a bigger screen would be better,, lol,

Yeah, I think Chromecast would be your best option (although I'm not sure it's compatible with the mini).
