Help Netflix freezing

Netflix keeps freezing the video on me while the audio keeps going. This occurs on WiFi, and is the only app to have this problem. I've tried restarting the system, uninstalling all updates and reinstalling, disabling Netflix, clearing data, etc. Netflix support was beyond useless, and Samsung support was more helpful, but didn't fix the problem. Has this happened to anyone else?

My wifi connection is good, and only two things are currently using wifi. My PS4 and my tablet.

Wow. OK that rules wifi speed out.
Have you tried rebooting the router,
Make sure you disable a VPN if installed,
Adblocker, or something on the device that may be taking up bandwidth?

I don't use a VPN or adblocker, but I will try rebooting the router once I go back upstairs. It's just odd that it's only on Netflix and not YouTube, Hulu, or Vudu.

I would lean to the issue being with Netflix, but try the router reboot first

Ok, I just did the reboot and just got my first freeze after about ten minutes.
