Netflix instant queue manager

Does anyone have an app they would recommend that lets you browse Netflix's library and add items to your instant queue? I have an internet enabled TV that can play Netflix but I can't manage the queue from it. Right now I have to go to the computer, log in, and then manager the queue from there before going back to the TV to watch.

If I could do this from my phone that would be great. Any thoughts?

belated thanks to both of you for those recommendations. Phone flicks was unbearably slow on my hero but queueman was alright. In any case it's a moot point because Netflix updated the app for my tv so I can now browse their collection directly from the tv interface.
