Netflix looks crap

On my nexus 10 Netflix video quality looks terrible compared to my ipad 3(pixels are grainy, colours don't look good) Yes, my account supports 1080p and I have a strong WiFi signal.
Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to screenshot anything.

I do not have an ipad but can tell you my N10 has wonderful Netflix quality. My connection reads as strong with 24mbit or better.

Pin sharp on mine so it's device/user specific I'd say.

Almost when ever you start Netflix it will do the video in low res but once connection and bandwidth are confirmed by the app is goes to high res, it may be your connection to the router.

He didn't say that yours wasn't crap. He just said it was working well for him. If you just want to sit there and tell him his perception is wrong, you're not going to be able to narrow down the problem.
