netflix no video but has audio

Hi, firstly sorry if this is in the wrong section. 2. On my Google next book ,running ice cream sandwich, Netflix isn't showing the video unless I have the audio settings out or if I flip the screen it shows for a split second. The audio is running just fine. Please help!!!!!!!

That usually means one of two things.

1) The video didnt load correctly. Try closing the app and start over.
2). Your Internet speed is too slow to stream both audio and video. Since audio streams use less bandwidth, audio will stream in lower bandwidth situations where video will not.

Its not my internet I know that for a fact. And I've tried: reinstalling, reboot, system restore, and restart.
