Netstat not showing IP's

So when I do a netstat -an. I get no ips returned. Only streaming. Is this normal? I got a random OTA yesterday and I'm wondering if I've been hacked or being watched for some reason. even after a factory reset. This is all I get when trying to see the traffic on my phone.
