This is my first forum I've ever joined and hope it helps. I purchased an Acer A500 tablet and it has been working great since I bought it about a month ago. Last night I had a great connection but kept getting network connection error. I disconnected and reconnected wifi many times but this didn't help. Should I use my reset key? Would that help? or anyone have a better suggestion. I am new to tablets also.

There might be another way to fix this problem, without doing a reset of the device. Leave that has a last resort. Here is link to your device's area of support Acer Iconia Tab A500 - Android Forums where you can interact with other users to see if this is a known problem with this device.
Update data profile if possible. Unplug the router for a minute or two. Turn airplane mode on and off on the device. There are a few troubleshooting steps that you can do before doing a reset.
However, if all fails...then you may have to see if resetting the device will fix the problem.
