I want to know about Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus network lock control key because my phone can't use .If I call , this phone ask me network control key.
 
Your phone is carrier locked. Record your IMEI# (on a label beneath your battery, or dial *#06# on keypad), then use it to purchase the unlock code online. If you are still with that carrier, you could try telling them you need to unlock it because you will be on extended travel out of the country. It might not work, but it's worth a try.
