" Network may be monitored " message

Hi i have this message in my phone " Network may be monitored " (as seen here https://imgur.com/a/lk7AqUk ). I'm using an Adblocking app, i guess that's why. Is there any way to remove this message ? Thanks !!

When you click it, does it say that an app is using a VPN? If yes, I'm pretty sure that this message is not removable.

Yes i'm using an adblocking app. No way to remove that ? Really ? Thanks

AFAiK no-root adblockers do run as a type of VPN. It's not removable when the VPN is running and connected. Although on my phone it's "Phone is connected to ExpressVPN" rather than "Network may be monitored".
