I don't know that carrier or phone model, but usually the first thing to try is speaking to the carrier. There certainly won't be any hidden menu for this.
I assume you mean network unlock rather than bootloader unlock (these are entirely different things)
Boost Mobile will assist with unlocking a device under the following circumstances:
1. The device is SIM unlock capable.
2. The device has not been reported as lost or stolen or otherwise flagged as ineligible to be unlocked.
3. The device has been active on the associated account for at least 12 months.
4. The associated account is active and in good standing.
