I think I know the problem!

You either bought a phone that was reported lost or stolen... Or you need to call Metro and activate the phone. You may be required to purchase a new SIM card.
Well i have my sim card from my other phone but wen i put it on it still dnt let me and i called metro but they said they couldn't make the switch because something about dat d iemi number had a account

The thing is that account i showed u isnt my account its someone that had this phone b4 i bought it

Do you know if that someone is in good standing or do they owe money to the carrier, like they're in contract default? Because if it's the latter, that can get the phone blacklisted.
