Help New android box owner, struggling with streaming

Hi guys, names Paul and owner of the android box in the link below

Set it up this evening and for the most part its a great bit of kit, links and pages for films and tv series and tv channels work fine however some of the links for streams are either dead or wont load, i know im possibly being very picky when it comes to this but my preference for watching sport is vipbox and i have never had a problem running this on my laptop. Sadly no links work from vipbox and a few other links. I know my way around a computer and can take on any advice fairly quickly so im hoping someone with the knowledge can help me get this sorted quickly.

Finally apologies if i have infringed any rules by posting a weblink the Android box in question is a
Dual Core Google Android 4.2 Smart TV Box 8GB
V4 With XBMC And Add-ons Pre-installed.

No worries on the link. These google tv boxes are so varied folks often have to post links so others know what device they have.:)

Can see that many of the streams it offers are illegal pirated free streams, which could well have been shut down or are blocked. Like ShowBox, that's definitely illegal. The box itself has come directly from China.

Hi mikedt thanks for the response. Im aware that alot of them are pirated streams, just confused as to why i could run many of the streams from my laptop but not on my android box
