New android user, previously on windows phone

Greetings all

I recently switched from windows phone 7 ( via a Samsung focus) to android (via an HTC EVO 3D)

I switched to android for the rich apps and unparalleled multimedia support. However, I've found the basics that I took for granted under windows phone, such as contacts integration, to be kinda a pain under android with the default apps.

Can anyone recommend replacements for the testing, contacts and phone apps ?

Well truth is, nothing anywhere else can compare with the contacts integration on Windows Phone 7. You can get the look, but not the functionality.
