It is an Rss Feed of ESPN's Top Stories which is a must for any all arond sports fan...

TO INSTALL:
-On your phone go to "Settings" then "Applications" and then check the "Unknown Sources" box
-Place the .apk file you just downloaded to the root of your SD card
-Download a file manager such as "Astro File Manager"
-Use the file manager to locate the .apk file on your SD card and click it
-Install it
