New Battery Door

Has anyone found a site selling replacement parts yet? I really hate design on the battery door of my black MyTouch and want to get a replacement.
 
I haven't found any yet, I've been looking to change it to a different color/design. The gel skin body cover I bought has been very useful for me so it isn't as big of a deal for me though since it won't be uncovered much.
 
Sorry to sound rash but im calling liar here. You have a stolen phone and it came w/o a back cover. am i in the ball park here?

After my experience in sending back a phone to tmobile, long story short they said the box showed up empty with no phone in it and they tried to charge me 500, i believe the phone to be stolen. people rip live models off of the display stands and furthermore, people working at ups steal phones all the time, usually the replacement ones that have, you guessed it, no back cover for the battery.

Not even close. I don't like the design on the battery covery. Silly looking dots/dashes. Just want a plain black back cover.

How did you read no back cover in my original post?
 
the battery cover is metal why not just carefully sand it smooth and re-paint it to black... it was what I did to mine the day after my 14 day buyers remorse was up. I used 1300 grit sandpaper once it was smooth I got a buddy to cut me a vinyl that read HTC Glacier painted black over that when it was dry I peeled the vinyl and shot a layer of clear coat. looks much better with the clear body glove case now.

That sounds like a great idea, however I am not one of those guys that is good with sanding and painting. It would end up looking like crap after I got done with it.

How about a pic to see what it looks like?
