Yeah, that worked for me. Couldn't find it with "bug defense" but that link worked.

Pretty sure it would, I'm running it on Droid3 just fine.

edit: Yes, it will run on Galaxy S II, according to the market.

Meh,I found a much better defense game with bugs in it on the market. It's got giant insectoid monsters attacking in a fantasy setting.

Yeah, I see you've recommended that before. I didn't really like it that much; all you could see were black clouds over all the creeps. The creeps in Bug Defense were 3d rendered. I kind of like the perspective view rather than top down, but that's just me.
