Has anyone else heard about the ridiculous new National Defense Act that directly violates our 4th amendment rights? This new legislation will allow the United States government to detain and imprison citizens indefinitely without charging them with any crime. Funny how this was introduced while they're trying to figure out a way to quell the occupy protesters who are calling bullshit on a lot of the things being done in government right now...

Dude, Thank you sir for posting that info. I try to stay ahead of the political trends (and corruption) but i hadn't heard anything about this. and yea its terrifing, when will enough be enough. Sigh
 
All it will take is one more terrorist attack (thwarted or not) and this type of abomination will be law. After all, the average person is WAY too busy watching TMZ to care about liberty.
