Everyone i know, my parents, people i met in person on vacation who have Facebook accounts, and people at work have a new look on their Facebook, where the Facebook logo is just a simple 'F' and the icons for notifications, messages, and friends are on the right (sorry that's the best explaination i got). it also has icons on a sidebar on the left side of the screen very similar to Unity from Ubuntu.
BUT, i don't have it. i got three machines i use, Macbook Pro, Windows 8 laptop, and a Chromebook, and NEITHER has gotten the new look. i don't know what it is called, every time i try searching it shows links over two years old that talk about timeline. i'm talking about something more recent. all three machines are up-to-date and have current browsers and all updates installed, but none have the new look. i'm doing something wrong but i don't know what. EVERYONE has it except me. At first i thought that maybe they're browsing the mobile site at 'm.facebook.com' but the URL up top has 'www.facebook.com' which is the full site.
